These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toda.cash, a platform operated by toda.cash ("we," "us," or "our") that enables individuals and small businesses to create personal payment pages and accept payments. By creating an account or using toda.cash, you agree to these Terms.
toda.cash provides a hosted payment page at toda.cash/[your-slug] where your customers can send you payments via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or card (via Stripe). We provide the platform and tools; we are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. You must agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement to accept card payments. Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal payments are sent directly through those platforms and are governed by their respective terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a toda.cash account. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using toda.cash on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@toda.cash if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.

toda.cash offers a free plan, a Premium plan billed at $12/month ($120/year), and a Business plan billed at $39/month ($390/year). Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings; your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Card payments carry a card-processing fee of 7% + $0.30 per transaction on the Free plan and 4.5% + $0.30 on the Premium plan, each deducted from the merchant payout. On the Business plan, this 3.5% + $0.30 is built into the card price shown at checkout rather than deducted from the payout: card payments are priced to include processing, direct payment methods cost less, and the merchant receives the selected amount in full. The applicable price is always shown before payment. Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and cash (direct payments) are always free of toda charges and are the lower "cash price"; the exact amount due may be confirmed with the merchant.
You retain ownership of content you upload to toda.cash (profile photos, business name, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on your payment page and within the toda.cash platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, or contain harmful material.
We strive to keep toda.cash available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
toda.cash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of toda.cash is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, toda.cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to toda.cash in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@toda.cash. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your payment page will be taken offline and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on toda.cash. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to a class action lawsuit.
